Located near The Battery, this apartment community had great potential but lacked a functional leasing office and inviting amenities. Our renovation redefined the space, creating a modern, stylish, and highly functional environment. 

By optimizing the leasing center, we introduced flexible workspaces, warm wood tones, and bold accents to create a welcoming first impression. Amenity spaces were re-imagined for co-working, socializing, and relaxation, with thoughtful details that reflect the energy of the location. 

The result? A vibrant, refreshed community that feels both modern and inviting, designed for the way residents live today.
