Inspired by Old Hollywood elegance and Atlanta's rising film scene, this apartment renovation in Sandy Springs redefines luxury living. The transformation centered around the rooftop pool, now featuring sophisticated new furniture, interactive games, and a seamless indoor-outdoor cabana for elevated social experiences.
The leasing office, fitness center, and model units were redesigned with timeless glamour, rich textures, and cinematic details that bring a sense of drama and refinement. The result was higher rental rates and a more discerning tenant base, proving that great design is a powerful investment.
