Residential Design with Soul
At TSD Studio, we believe your home should be more than beautiful—it should tell your story. As a boutique interior design studio specializing in luxury residential interiors, we translate your life, your values, and your vision into a living, breathing story. Every space we create is rooted in the belief that your home should feel like you—unmistakably and unapologetically. That’s not marketing fluff; that’s our mission.
Whether you're building a custom home from the ground up, renovating a cherished space, or designing the vacation home you’ve always imagined, we’re here to serve you first—with creativity, clarity, and integrity. Every project begins with listening and evolves through a collaborative, white-glove process where you will be heard and supported at every step.
From our design studios in Atlanta, GA and Sarasota, FL, we partner with homeowners across the country to create timeless, modern interiors that are both functional and emotionally resonant. We’re here to help you shape a home that feels unmistakably yours.
Let’s design your story—together.
OUR PROCESS
01
Programming - Begin by Listening
During the programming phase, we take the time to truly understand your needs, lifestyle, and vision, including your budget, timeline, and any specific preferences or constraints.
At this stage, we'll provide deliverables such as project and plan review notes, along with mood boards. These mood boards serve as an inspiring starting point, helping us shape the aesthetic direction of your new home to reflect your personality and style.
02
Schematic Design - Laying the Groundwork
During the Schematic Design phase, we bring your vision to life by crafting a preliminary design tailored to your new home. You'll receive 2D floor and furniture plans, 3D renderings, and thoughtfully curated concepts for finishes and fixtures. We'll finish this phase with a materials presentation, where we'll sit down together to review all the details and make selections that ensure your home feels just right.
03
Design Development - Perfecting the Details
With your feedback from the Schematic Design presentation, we refine the plans, renderings, and selections. This phase is all about collaboration-we'll keep tweaking until the final design feels just right.
04
Construction Documentation - Capturing Every Detail
Once you approve the design, we'll develop detailed interior plans to guide construction seamlessly. To make the process smoother for your contractor, we gather material pricing upfront and identify any fixtures we can procure directly for you. We also provide interactive schedule boards with easy-to navigate links, giving you a clear visual reference for all your selected materials.
05
Furniture Selection - The Details are the Design
In a collaborative design process, we carefully select furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and décor to perfectly complement your space. Once you approve the selections, we provide clear and detailed order specifications, ensuring every piece fits seamlessly into your vision.
06
Design Implementation - Communication is Key
Throughout construction, we'll ensure seamless communication to bring your design to life. We'll attend OAC meetings, conduct site walkthroughs, manage submittals, and document any changes along the way.
07
Furniture Delivery - Excellence in Process
We personally handle every step of your furniture, fabric, and décor procurement. All costs are included in your design contract, with clear and upfront estimates for delivery, warehousing, and installation. For local projects, our team carefully inspects and delivers each piece, resolving any issues quickly to ensure everything is perfect. For out of-state projects, a TSD team member will be on-site to oversee every detail, ensuring your home comes together beautifully-right down to the final styled touches.
CLIENT WORDS
"When we decided to tear our 1960s ranch home down to the studs, Lisa was the perfect choice to design the interior. She added value right away by reconfiguring our architectural plans to improve its function and flow.
Lisa is an artist at heart and understood how to bring out the best of the craftsmen, art deco and midcentury modern architectural styles in our home. She's even keeled and organized and made my choices easier by typically narrowing each down to three great options. Lisa clearly loves what she does and we loved working with her!"

CLIENT WORDS
"Lisa and the TSD team designed our dream vacation home on Lake Huron from the ground up, and we love everything they did! From full construction documentation to furniture and finish selections, the process was integrated, streamlined and efficient. The schematic design, space planning and 3D renderings gave us confidence every step of the way.
Most importantly, the styling is impeccable. Lisa and her team were a joy to work with as they translated our ideas and concepts into reality with perfectly selected and connected furniture, fabrics, accessories, art and finishes. We also appreciate how seamlessly the TSD team worked with our contractor to ensure the design was properly executed. And they managed most of the project remotely. We wholeheartedly recommend TSD and look forward to working with them again!"
