Our schematic design is the beginning design phase that aids us in gaining a better understanding of the space you are envisioning. Design Development
During the design development phase, we refine the approved design concept into more detailed plans, which may include floor plans, ceiling plans, 3D renderings, material boards and furniture selections. Think of the design development phase as a constant feedback loop, where we work to fine-tune the design until it meets your final approval.

Construction Drawings
After finishing the design development for your space, we create 3D construction sets and full document furniture specs, ensuring all models are inch-perfect before implementation. This gives you a clear and concrete visual idea of what your finished project will look like upon its' completion.

Construction Administration
